The family acquired this farm back in 1980, and began sowing coffee here. Over the years many generations of the family have participated in the management of the farm, each one making additional improvements to the processes and technology on the farm. Miguel and his family hope to continue with coffee and improve productivity on the farm. They also hope to improve the quality each year to boost the family’s income and guarantee and excellent product. Miguel believes in conserving the environment and the natural resources of the area as part of his work on the farm.
