We carefully select, import, and expertly roast some of the most exotic specialty coffees. We go above and beyond to ensure that you are fully satisfied. However, if you are not satisfied, you will receive a full refund, accompanied by our sincerest apologies.
Product return service specifications and conditions:
1. We refund both the value of the product and the related shipping cost;
2. The period during which you may return the product is a maximum of 15 days from receipt;
3. You will return the product to us for evaluation, at our expense, accompanied by a brief and informal note regarding the defect found;
4. We will issue the refund only by bank transfer, exclusively to your account, as the customer who placed the order;
5. Please read the coffee descriptions carefully in order to avoid returning products that are compliant, but whose taste and aroma are not to your liking.
