Moises Chaguala has over 25 years of experience in coffee production and lives with his family at Finca El Recuerdo, also managing Finca La Maria. In 2013, Moises began producing specialty coffee after receiving Pink Bourbon seedlings and being encouraged to plant them. They manually harvest only ripe red cherries and process the coffee at their own farm. After sorting, the cherries are washed and then left to dry, frequently turned to ensure even drying.
