The Halo Beriti processing station is named after the region where the coffee is grown, an area inhabited by Gedeo farmers who, for generations, have cultivated both food crops and coffee on the same land. The station is managed by two partners: Abeyot Ageze, a local farmer with deep roots in the community, and Mebrahtu Aynalem, who has experience in coffee marketing. Together, they founded Boledu Coffee, the company that now manages operations at the Halo Beriti processing station.

Before the harvest, they train the pickers on the standards for selecting coffee cherries to ensure quality. The harvested coffee is sorted and washed to remove impurities, then spread out on raised beds, where it is constantly turned during the drying process.

100% Arabica specialty coffee grown in a specific geographical zone, carefully harvested, processed, selected and freshly roasted in small batches according to it's origin and processing characteristics.
