Speciality coffees
The omni range of coffees represents the most balanced expression in specialty coffee, being lightly roasted with the aim of reaching the maximum potential of each lot and obtaining tasting notes in a wide spectrum.
Most of the coffees that are part of this range come from small (micro) lots, traceable to the farm or processing station, have over 86 points, and can be successfully prepared using any method, provided they are properly rested after roasting.
