Speciality coffees

The specialty coffees from the Obsessions collection are part of very small (micro or nano) lots traceable to the farm and farmer, contain a single variety of coffee, have over 87 points, and an effervescent acidity.

They are roasted individually, only upon request, following an online order, including for pick-ups from the roastery store, and the roasting degree of these coffees is very light, specially intended for manual filter preparation: Kalita Wave, Hario V60, Origami Dripper, April Brewer, Orea, Chemex, etc.
