Fátima Micromill is managed by the Facusse family, third-generation coffee growers in the Cartago region of Costa Rica, at altitudes of 1,450–1,750 meters above sea level. In 2020, the family built their own processing station, bringing together coffee from their farms in Tobosi and Higuito and gaining full control over processing and traceability for each lot. Coffee is grown under shade trees, while processing uses minimal water, with a strong focus on sustainability and environmental protection.
