Stația de procesare Walichu Wachu a fost înființată în anul 2017 și majoritatea fermelor cu care colaborează sunt de mărime mică, de aproximativ jumătate de hectar.

Stația este situată în regiunea Guji, lângă râul Boda, la o altitudine de 2052 m. Aici muncesc 320 de femei, din care 60 de persoane se ocupă de culesul cireșelor de cafea.

După decorticare, cafeaua în pergament este lăsată la fermentat în bazine timp de 72 de ore, urmând apoi să fie uscată pe paturi înălțate, unde sunt sortate constant, fiind eliminate boabele care prezintă defecte.

Profilul aromatic este unul foarte complex, fructat și floral, cu o aciditate efervescentă și un corp lejer.
