Method

  1. Place the paper filter in the Kalita Wave 185 dripper, rinse it well with plenty of hot water to remove the paper taste. Pour the water carefully, starting from the middle of the filter, trying to keep its shape.

  2. Grind and put the coffee in the filter, shaking it gently to level the coffee bed.

  3. Preinfuzezi cu un fir foarte subțire de apă, folosind 60g, pentru 30 de secunde. Începe turnarea apei cu gâtul vasului cât mai aproape de patul de cafea și vei reuși să-l păstrezi uniform.

  7. When the water falls below the surface coffee layer, the extraction is over and you can discard the filter. If you followed the preparation method and have the correct grind setting, the total preparation time should be about 3:00 minutes.

Method

  1. Bend the edge of the paper filter so that you can place it into the V60 dripper, then rinse it well with hot water to remove the paper taste.

  2. Grind and put the coffee in the filter, shaking it gently to level the coffee bed.

  3. Preinfuse with a thin stream of water, using a total of 40g for 30 seconds.

  4. Start and pour water in a spiral shape, from the center to the outside, without touching the filter with the water thread.

  5. Constantly pour a thin stream of water using the same circular movements, so as to keep the coffee beans submerged and avoid air exposure.

Metodă

  1. Place the paper filter into the Chemex so that the three layers of paper are positioned towards the dropper, then rinse it well with plenty of hot water to remove the paper taste.

  2. Empty the Chemex without removing the apper filter, just pushing it slightly from the side of the dripper.

  3. Grind and put the coffee in the filter, shaking it gently to level the coffee bed.

  4. Preinfuzezi cu 70g apă, turnând în fir foarte subțire, pentru 45 de secunde.

  5. La secunda 45 începi și torni 60g apă, în spirală, din centru spre exterior, lăsând aproximativ un centimetru distanță față de filtru. Firul de apă trebuie să fie atât de fin, încât să cadă la 90 de grade din picurătorul vasului.

  6. Torni restul de apă în continuare, în cicluri de 60g, astfel încât să păstrezi în submersie granulele de cafea, pentru a evita expunerea lor la aer.

  7. When you have two seconds between the coffee drops the extraction is over and the paper filter can be discarded. If you followed the preparation method and have the correct grind setting, the total preparation time should be between 4 and 5 minutes.

  8. Toarnă cafeaua în cești preîncălzite, așteaptă să-i scadă temperatura sub 70° C și savurează.
