Miguel González Sánchez's family purchased the Santa Clara farm in 1980 and began growing coffee. Over the years, many generations of the family have participated in the management of the farm, each bringing further improvements to the farm's processes and technology.
Miguel hopes to improve the productivity and quality of the coffee every year to increase his family's income and provide an excellent product, but he also has in mind the preservation of the environment.
He tells us:
