La Colina is a farm in the Chimaltenango hills of Guatemala, where Antonio "Tony" Medina has been cultivating high-quality coffee since 1991, inspired by the success of the Antigua region. Named by his father, the farm transitioned from growing corn and beans to coffee plantations, gradually expanding in the '90s and 2000s. Careful processing and high altitude contribute to the complexity and refinement of the coffee produced here.
