Founded in 2003, Blue Mountain Processing Station covers 30 acres and cultivates coffee varieties: SL34, Catimor and S795.
U Kyaw Htwe Naing uses a large amount of animal fertilizer to organically fertilize the soil, a practice that is widespread throughout the region. The coffee grows alongside other shade trees, such as silver oaks and macadamia trees, and the result is that the Catimor variety produces twice as many cherries here, resulting in longer harvest periods.

This batch reveals a unique aromatic profile, with notes of pears, nutmeg, hazelnuts, and the slight reminiscences of Virginia tobacco contribute to the exoticism of this coffee.
