Finca Gramalotal is a small farm in the La Coipa region, where coffee is grown responsibly under shade, using native trees that help protect the soil and the environment. The processing involves a 36-hour fermentation before washing, contributing to the development of distinctive flavor profiles. In 2025, the farm became a member of a local producers’ association, marking an important step forward, with a focus on innovation, traceability, and creating a more direct connection between the coffee and the consumer.
