Los Nogales is a special farm for the Salaverria family, being their first purchase and the place where Jose Antonio Salaverria grew up, surrounded by the farm's crops. Today, he still manages the farm, along with Orlando Garcia, the specific manager of Los Nogales.
The coffee cherries are processed at Beneficio Los Cruces, a centralized processing station with a history of over 100 years, where great emphasis is placed on quality and consistency. Andres, Jose Antonio's son, continues the family tradition by constantly investing in modern equipment to ensure high-quality coffee processing.
