Senel Campos and his son, Allan, are the third generation of farmers managing Finca La Toboba, a coffee farm with deep family roots. Founded in 1968, the farm expanded its operations in 2016 by building a processing station, thus improving the quality of the coffee.

The ripe, red cherries are handpicked and carefully selected. After removing the unripe cherries, the Black Honey process begins: the cherries are pulped, retaining much of the mucilage, and then laid on raised beds for a controlled drying period of 48 hours.

100% Arabica specialty coffee grown in a specific geographical zone, carefully harvested, processed, selected and freshly roasted in small batches according to it's origin and processing characteristics.
